So… you’re interested in staking NEAR Protocol (NEAR) but don’t know where/how to start. Well, this guide will help you start staking in no time.

StakeSeeker is built and managed by BTCS Inc., a U.S. publicly traded company (Nasdaq:BTCS). BTCS has 9 years of experience in the crypto industry and is in compliance with all US regulations, giving you peace of mind knowing that staking with us carries low risk.

We’re excited to provide Non-Custodial staking, meaning you always keep your private keys when delegating and staking with us.

Let’s get started:

1. Setting up your wallet

In order to stake with StakeSeeker, you must have your own crypto wallet. This will allow you to stake your crypto without giving a third-party control over your assets.

The NEAR Wallet is a common wallet used for the NEAR Protocol (NEAR) blockchain.

You can create and access a NEAR Wallet via the website (https://wallet.near.org/).

Click Get Started to get a new NEAR Wallet

NEAR Wallet will guide you through the steps to setup your key phrase to access/recover your wallet.

2. Funding your wallet

Once you have accessed your NEAR Wallet, you now need to fund it with NEAR (NEAR) tokens.

You can fund your wallet in a variety of ways such as by transferring NEAR from an exchange or from another wallet.

3. Staking NEAR

Now that you have NEAR tokens available in your wallet, you can stake it with StakeSeeker!

First, click on Staking to open the NEAR Wallet staking dashboard.

Click Stake My Tokens to Select a Validator.

This will bring up a list of the validators.

We encourage you to stake with StakeSeeker by BTCS as we are a US public and regulated company with over 9 years of experience in cryptocurrency.

Copy and paste “stakeseeker.poolv1.near” into the search bar:

Node ID–be1c040837828c3e5528c4116627636f1c40ddd62ba48a4fd34830a2ef6bce20
