Q: How do I create an account on StakeSeeker? 

A: To create an account on StakeSeeker, simply click on the "Start Staking" button on the homepage and follow the Don't have an Account? Create Here link. You'll need to provide your name, email address, and create a password to get started. 

 

Q: How do I update my account information on StakeSeeker? 

A: To update your account information on StakeSeeker, simply log in to your account and click the " Settings" button. From there, you can update your personal information and manage your wallets and exchanges. 

 

Q: I'm having trouble logging into my account. What should I do? 

A: If you're having trouble logging into your account, please make sure you're using the correct email address and password. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. If you’re still having difficulties logging in, please contact our support team for assistance.

 

Q: I'm not receiving Activation Code email or other notifications from StakeSeeker. What's going on? 

A: If you're not receiving email notifications from StakeSeeker, please check your spam or junk folder to make sure they're not being filtered there. If you still can't find them, please contact our support team for assistance.

 

Q: I'm having trouble with the StakeSeeker app. What should I do? 

A: If you're having trouble with the StakeSeeker app, please try closing the app and reopening it. If that doesn't work, please uninstall and reinstall the app. If you're still experiencing issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
